Due to the active development of Tamga, we are looking for a Marketing Manager who will help the company reach new heights and achieve maximum sales results within the project.

Responsibilities

• Managing the marketing department;
• Planning and controlling the budget;
• Developing and overseeing the implementation of promotional strategies across all channels (CPA, direct marketing, SEO, PPC);
• Ensuring the execution of plans across all channels;
• Creating comprehensive sales analyses;
• Seeking new marketing channels;
• Analyzing the funnel and product;
• Implementing new solutions to improve the funnel and increase conversions.

Requirements

• Marketing Manager with experience in the financial niche for at least 2 years;
• Experience in managing a marketing team and recruitment;
• Understanding of the specifics of working with CPA channels, email/SMS marketing, SEO, and PPC;
• Proactiveness, ability to work for results;
• Experience in banking and traffic resale is a plus;
• English proficiency at least at an intermediate level;
• Advanced knowledge of Polish is a significant advantage.
