Responsibilities

• Management and control and skilled planning of the work of one of our workshop teams consisting of approximately 10-15 employees
• Active role in the selection of new employees and continuous team development
• Providing technical guidance on repairs, maintenance, and inspections, as well as diagnostics of damages, and participation in the introduction of new repair methods
• Identifying improvement opportunities and implementing them in the area of workshop organization and workplace design
• Conducting internal quality controls and supporting workplace safety and hygiene guarantees in the workshop
• Reporting directly to the site manager

Requirements

• Completed training in motor vehicle mechanics (engineer's diploma or master craftsman diploma is welcome)
• Several years of experience in management at a comparable position in workshops or in the industrial sector
• Technical and manual skills
• Responsibility and organized work approach
• Communicative knowledge of German or English
• Active driving license category B
