About the Position

LoboHR, a recruitment agency (nr 7502), is looking for a Kierownik działu Spedycji Międzynarodowej (International Freight Manager) for our client. We are seeking a professional to lead our logistics team in Gdańsk, Kościerzyna, and Starogard Gdański, managing freight operations and client relations.

We save time and contribute to the success of our partners by using modern recruitment techniques supported by innovative IT technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 6 International Freight Forwarders.
• Supervise the execution of plans by the subordinate team.
• Plan and make decisions on buying/selling freight.
• Collaborate with carriers.
• Acquire new clients and develop relationships with existing clients of the company.
• Drive cars on the Western European route.

Requirements

• Professional experience in a similar position.
• Operational experience in cooperation with carriers.
• Very good knowledge of the English language.
• Knowledge of German - will be an additional asset.
• Experience in driving cars on the Western European route.
• Skills in planning and quick decision-making.
• Analytical thinking ability.
