Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the JYSK store
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail staff
- Ensure a positive and productive work environment
- Meet and exceed sales targets and customer service standards
- Collaborate with regional and head office teams
Requirements
- Management Experience: Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in retail
- Team Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Results-Oriented: High motivation and focus on achieving results
- Flexibility: Willingness to work during store hours, including weekends
