About the Position
We are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee building projects in Krakow, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and budget. Responsibilities
- Direct supervision of the construction process in accordance with contract requirements, schedule, budget, and technical documentation
- Fulfillment of the Construction Manager duties provided by the Building Law
- Coordination of work carried out by subcontractors, inter-industry coordination, and ongoing schedule updates
- Ongoing cooperation and participation in negotiations with suppliers/subcontractors
- Close cooperation with the Project Manager and reporting on the progress of work
- Ensuring compliance with work discipline, order, and occupational health and safety regulations on the construction site
Requirements
- Higher education in construction
- Willingness to travel from Monday to Friday throughout Poland
- Authorization to manage construction work without restrictions
- 3 years of experience in a similar position, especially on volumetric, industrial, and hall objects on the GW side
- Proficiency in using the MS Office suite, especially MS Excel
- Category B driving license
- Ability to constructively solve problems, stress resistance, and the ability to handle difficult situations
- Analytical skills, good organization of one's own work and the subordinate team, accuracy, and independence in completing assigned tasks
