About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Glass Forming Machine Operator for our glass packaging production line in Järvakandi, Estonia.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the production of glass packaging meets quality standards and the smooth operation of glass forming machines (defect elimination, mold lubrication and replacement, machine setup, participation in product changeovers, etc.).
- Stay informed about the materials, spare parts, and tools required for tasks and use the correct work procedures while completing tasks and filling out production reports.
- Maintain the technical condition of the tools used by the operator.
- Keep the workplace tidy and ensure the condition and cleanliness of the work environment.
Requirements
- Good technical aptitude and willingness to learn a completely new field.
- Proficiency in Estonian for communication and understanding instructional materials in Estonian.
Work Schedule
The work is in 12-hour shifts - 2 days at work (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM), 2 days off, 2 nights at work (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and 2 days off, mostly standing.
The work environment is warmer than average (machine around 40-50 degrees) and noisy.

Salary
The starting gross salary for an operator is approximately €1700-1900 (depending on the length of the month and production results). As experience and knowledge grow, the level and salary increase. The base gross salary for an operator is approximately €2400-2700 (depending on the number of hours worked per month and production results).
