About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Glass Packaging Machine Operator to join our team in Jarvakandi, Estonia, ensuring high-quality production and machine maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the production of glass packaging meets quality standards.
- Ensure the smooth operation of glass forming machines (defect elimination, mold lubrication and replacement, machine setup, participation in variety changes, etc.).
- Stay updated on the materials, spare parts, and tools required for tasks and use the correct work methods while completing tasks and filling out production reports.
- Maintain the technical condition of the tools used by the operator.
- Keep the workplace tidy and ensure the condition and cleanliness of the work environment.
Requirements
- Good technical understanding and willingness to learn a completely new field.
- Estonian language proficiency at a conversational level and the ability to understand instructional material in Estonian.

Salary
The starting gross salary for an operator is approximately €1700-1800 (depending on the length of the month and production results). As experience and knowledge increase, the level and salary will also increase. The gross salary for a basic operator is approximately €2400-2700 (depending on monthly working hours and production results).
