The Trevolution Group primarily operates in the direction of selling air tickets and travel services, providing services to both individuals and corporate clients. It manages brands such as ASAP Tickets, Skylux Travel, Dreamport, International Travel Network, as well as several online services. The company specializes in "visiting friends and relatives" trips. The company was founded in 2004 in San Francisco.
As a Customer Transaction Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing insights into our post-sales customer transactions, driving improvements and optimizations, and leading these initiatives to achieve results.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, check, and track customer satisfaction and loyalty indicators such as NPS, CSAT, CES;
- Track the effectiveness of order indicators, delving into them whenever necessary;
- Analyze and ensure the effectiveness of communication channels (email, phone, SMS, etc.) and the self-service portal;
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, identifying trends and providing recommendations for improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction;
- Offer new optimization ideas and recommendations, actively participating in their implementation;
- Collaborate with various product teams in the implementation of improvements and features;
- Work closely with other internal customer transaction teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, business management, or a related field;
- Experience in e-commerce, travel, or customer transactions/support is considered an advantage;
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and link indicators that are critical to customer transactions;
- Ability to think strategically, focusing on both short-term tactics and long-term business goals;
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders;
- In-depth knowledge of IT with the ability and skills to quickly learn and operate effectively in new software and technology environments;
- Passion for the travel industry and customer-centric thinking.

We do not want to set any limits, but if we talk about numbers, the monthly salary for this position is from 2110 to 2800 EUR before tax.
