About the Position

KMO Banker - Hub Kortrijk

We are seeking a KMO Banker for our Hub Kortrijk team in Belgium. As a KMO Banker, you will be the primary contact for entrepreneurs and businesses in your region. You will build sustainable customer relationships, actively develop your portfolio, and translate business plans into concrete financial solutions.

This role is not passive but for someone who is visible in the market, detects opportunities, and takes initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Actively develop and expand your customer portfolio through prospecting, networking, and market initiatives
  • Maintain existing customer relationships and act as a financial sparring partner
  • Detect commercial opportunities and translate them into concrete solutions
  • Structure and defend (more complex) credit files
  • Advise on:
    • Credits and investments
    • Deposits and cash management
    • Payment traffic and payment solutions
    • Insurances and digital banking solutions
  • Actively collaborate with fellow bankers, insurance experts, and specialists
  • Stimulate the use of digital channels among customers

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent commercial experience
  • Strong commercial drive with an eye for sustainable customer relationships
  • Analytical insight and interest in businesses and their sectors
  • Affinity with credit analysis and financial structure
  • Proactive and results-oriented
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills
  • Well-organized and independent
  • A true team player
  • Proficient with digital tools
