About the Position
We are seeking a KOL Manager to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies in Indonesia, ensuring brand alignment and campaign success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute KOL/influencer marketing strategies based on campaign objectives.
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with relevant influencers and creators.
- Conduct outreach, negotiate rates, and manage collaboration agreements.
- Handle end-to-end KOL campaigns from briefing to execution and reporting.
- Ensure all KOL deliverables meet brand guidelines and deadlines.
- Monitor campaign performance including reach, engagement, impressions, and conversions.
- Maintain and expand the influencer/KOL database and relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop campaign concepts.
- Prepare campaign evaluations and performance insights for optimization.
