Kondor+ Front Office Functional Consultant

We are looking for a Kondor+ Front Office Functional Consultant to support the functional analysis, configuration, upgrade, and validation of the Kondor+ platform in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional impact assessment of the Kondor+ upgrade across Front Office functionality.
• Analyse existing Kondor+ configuration, workflows, deal capture, pricing, and position-management functionality.
• Review release changes and identify potential impacts on existing Kondor+ functionality and customizations.
• Configure and validate Kondor+ Front Office functionality in upgraded environments.
• Support treasury products including, depending on client scope, FX, Money Markets, Fixed Income, Repos, Interest Rate Derivatives, FX Derivatives, and other OTC products.
• Validate trade capture, pricing, valuation, cashflows, P&L, sensitivities, and position calculations within Kondor+.
• Review Kondor+ static/reference data relevant to Front Office processes.
• Analyse Front Office interfaces including market data, electronic trading, and downstream trade feeds.
• Define functional test scenarios and expected results for Kondor+ regression testing.
• Support SIT, UAT, dress rehearsals, and production cutover.
• Investigate differences between current and upgraded Kondor+ environments.
• Support business users during UAT and post-production hypercare.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Kondor+ / Fusion Kondor, preferably including at least one implementation or version upgrade.
• Detailed knowledge of Kondor+ Front Office functionality.
• Strong understanding of treasury/capital-markets products and trade lifecycle.
• Experience configuring or analysing Kondor+ trade capture, pricing, positions, P&L, and risk calculations.
• Experience with Kondor+ static data and product configuration.
• Ability to investigate Kondor+ functional behaviour and distinguish configuration, data, and technical defects.
• Experience producing functional specifications and test scenarios specifically for Kondor+.

Nice to Have

• Previous Kondor+ upgrade / migration experience.
• Experience comparing functionality across different Kondor+ releases.
• Knowledge of Kondor Vision or newer Kondor user-interface capabilities.
• Experience with Kondor APIs/interfaces.
• Experience with automated Kondor regression testing.
