About the Position

Knowit Stavanger is growing, and we are looking for several consultants who will contribute to digital transformation, improvement work, and data-driven decisions for our clients.

Responsibilities

As a consultant at Knowit, you will, among other things:

• Lead or support digitalization, development, and improvement projects
• Map processes and needs and translate them into concrete improvements and solutions
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on deliveries across business and technology
• Contribute to the introduction of new work processes, systems, and digital tools
• Analyze data and develop reporting and decision support
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and dialogues with various stakeholders
• Work in multidisciplinary teams in data, analysis, process development, and technology

Requirements

We are looking for someone who combines analytical skills and business understanding with good communication and collaboration skills. You thrive as a link between people, processes, and technology and are confident in dealing with both customers and colleagues.

We believe you will succeed with us if you:

• Are structured and solution-oriented and create progress in complex tasks
• Take initiative and responsibility and work well both independently and in a team
• Communicate well and build good relationships
• Have commercial understanding and are focused on creating value for the customer
• Are curious about new technology and are used to using AI tools as a natural part of everyday work

We would like you to have experience in one or more of these areas:

• Project management or coordination of development and improvement initiatives
• Digital transformation, change management, or process improvement
• Digitalization projects where AI technology is one of several components in the solutions
• Data analysis, reporting, and decision support
• Requirements work, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation
• Agile working methods such as Scrum or Kanban

Higher education in technology, economics, engineering, or similar is an advantage, but relevant experience can compensate for formal education.
