About the Position

Konsultant/Konsultantka Power BI (f/m/x)

Join Sii's Analysis and Reporting Department as a Power BI Consultant. You will create and develop reports and dashboards that support key business decisions, collaborating with stakeholders from various areas of the organization. If you enjoy working with data, have experience in Power BI, and want to make a real impact on the development of reporting solutions, we are waiting for you. We work flexibly – remotely or in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Creating and developing advanced reports and dashboards in Power BI in cooperation with directors and business teams
• Active advising on data analysis and interpretation of metrics
• Designing and implementing KPIs for various business areas, from finance to HR
• Training users and promoting a data culture within the organization
• Building knowledge about available reports and their practical application
• Supporting teams in developing modern data-driven reporting and budgeting processes

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in creating reporting solutions in Power BI
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into reports and KPIs
• Experience collaborating with internal clients, preferably from various areas – finance, sales, HR, projects
• Independence, initiative, openness to cooperation with different departments within the organization
• Advanced proficiency in Polish
• Communicative proficiency in English

Technologies & Tools

• Must have: Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Excel

Salary

• 6000-8000 PLN/hour
