About the Position

LoboHR, a recruitment agency (nr 7502), is looking for a Financial Controller for our client in Czechowice-Dziedzice, Tychy, and Bielsko-Biała. We save time and contribute to the success of our partners by using modern recruitment techniques supported by innovative IT technologies.

Responsibilities

• Preparing the annual budget and multi-year plan, developing forecasts, and coordinating budgeting for the entire company
• Analyzing deviations of results from budget assumptions and recommending corrective actions
• Preparing monthly management reports for the company's management
• Participating in the development of tools to support business decision-making
• Planning the company's credit policy
• Monitoring financial results in the sales area and analyzing them in terms of sales risks and opportunities
• Preparing an analysis of the profitability of new investment projects
• Ensuring compliance of management accounting processes with company standards
• Controlling cash flows, analyzing periodic financial reports of the company
• Supervising the correctness of accounting entries
• Collaborating with the accounting and HR departments
• Supervising the flow of financial documents (including invoices) between the branch, the client, and the financial and accounting department
• Supervising the implementation and operation of the ERP system
• Responsible for the proper conduct of financial audits and cooperation with the auditor
• Responsible for conducting periodic and annual inventories

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position
• Relevant field education
• Knowledge of financial and accounting systems
• English language proficiency at least at B2 level
• Willingness to develop and improve skills
