Responsibilities

• Participation in the preparation of the annual budget, forecast, multi-year plan, and monitoring their implementation and analysis of deviations
• Analyzing profitability by products, distribution channels, customers, etc.
• Settling financial results by cost centers
• Performing calculations for assessing the profitability of planned projects and investments
• Calculating reserves and updating write-offs, settling in-process production
• Participating in periodic reporting for management according to specified accounting standards
• Calculating financial and operational indicators (monitoring production, processes, etc.) and analyzing deviations
• Preparing financial and management forecasts and analyses
• Preparing financial and management reports
• Budget preparation and monitoring
• Sales price calculation and responsibility for pricing policy
• Analysis of product and production line profitability
• Implementation and development of Power BI software (key user Microsoft Navision)

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position in a production and trading company
• Proficient in using spreadsheets (pivot tables, conditional analysis formulas, data visualization) and large databases
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Analytical thinking and logical reasoning skills
• Knowledge of economic, operational, and control indicator calculation methodologies for various business areas
• Knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI is welcome)
• Ability to cascade indicators
• Independence in action
• Willingness to analyze data at the source (production hall, sales department)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Navision is welcome
• Ability to work in a team
