About the Position
We are seeking a Koordinator Asset Vertragsmanager to coordinate asset contracts and ensure successful asset realization in projects.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the creation of asset contracts (e.g., purchase agreements, lease agreements, project agreements) to secure long-term asset development and successful asset realization in projects.
- Serve as the central contact person in operational asset management for contract-related asset issues and coordinate with all involved stakeholders.
- Ensure cross-departmental transparency regarding the contracts to be concluded in asset development and realization.
- Continuously develop the asset contract management process and ensure appropriate documentation and standardization.
- Proactively support the contract-managing departments in operational asset management in contract creation and participate in the development and creation of contracts.
Requirements
Must-haves
- Completed degree in Business Administration with a legal focus or a law degree with an interest in technical issues related to assets in the power transmission network or comparable qualifications gained through many years of professional experience.
- Knowledge in the area of asset contracts and their coordination with internal stakeholders and contractual partners.
- Analytical mindset and a structured, independent working style.
- Strong communication skills and a good overview of the big picture.
- Very good German language skills and good English language skills in speech and writing.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in the energy sector.
We Offer
- Workload: Approximately 20 hours per week.
- Project Start: Beginning/middle of November 2026 (beginning of December is also possible).
- Work Location: Remote and at least 2 days on-site in Stuttgart every two weeks.
