About the Position

Responsibilities
- Coordination of logistics operations and organization of transportation of varying complexity.
- Planning and support of multimodal routes and critical shipments.
- Control of loading, unloading, and transfer processes.
- Interaction with the warehouse, transport department, production, and security services.
- Organization of product delivery to complex and frontline regions.
- Prompt resolution of crisis situations and logistical problems during transportation.
- Analysis and evaluation of logistics routes, nodes, and delivery efficiency.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
- Experience in logistics, transport, or operations management.
- Experience in coordinating complex logistics tasks and interacting with carriers/contractors.
- Experience in controlling and accompanying transportation, readiness for fieldwork.
- High level of responsibility, independence, and promptness in decision-making.
- Experience in Supply Chain Security, MilTech, or defense sector.
- Experience in supporting critical transportation and launching new logistics processes.
