About the Position

We are seeking a Team Operations Coordinator to manage warehouse processes and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Managing the work of the subordinate team
• Monitoring, controlling, initiating, and implementing changes in warehouse processes (collaboration with Lean)
• Controlling and reporting warehouse statuses, particularly for shipments on pickup, reporting warehouse operations (filling out forms), and archiving company documentation
• Controlling and monitoring the transport process: planning LH quantities, timeliness, completion, sealing, and collaboration with the Transport Department
• Controlling and overseeing the proper labeling of the warehouse in accordance with processes and ensuring compliance by individuals present in the warehouse area
• Supervising and controlling adherence to OHS and Physical Security principles
• Supervising and conducting cyclical inventories

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position
• Mobility
• Availability - shift work
• Experience in team management
• Excellent planning, organization, and team work skills
• Knowledge of the M365 environment, MS Office suite, particularly Excel
• Independence and ability to work under time pressure
• UDT authorization (welcome)
