Responsibilities

• Planning and supervising tasks performed by couriers
• Creating and modifying courier routes, ensuring their profitability and alignment with customer structure
• Organizing courier service resources, including initial recruitment of couriers and subcontractors (carriers)
• Preparing documentation based on checklists for carriers and couriers
• Continuous monitoring of indicators, reports on courier service, and taking corrective actions
• Courier cost control
• Control, supervision over the implementation of new processes, procedures, and changes, as well as their initiation
• Control and supervision over the fulfillment of elements arising from the agreement with Couriers and Carriers
• Supervision and execution of periodic inventories
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Active driver's license category B
• Availability - Shift work (6-14, 14-22) Weekend work (every 2nd - 3rd Saturday)
• Experience in courier, forwarding, or logistics companies
• Excellent planning, work organization, and team management skills
• Focus on professional customer service
• Ease in navigating new situations
• Willingness to work and learn new things
• Independence and ability to work under time pressure
• Experience in managing couriers/drivers is welcome
