About the Position
Кредитний контролер / Accounts Receivable Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our international company in Kyiv, Ukraine. Manage client accounts and ensure financial accuracy.
Job Description
You will be part of the finance team and will be responsible for controlling accounts receivable, supporting credit policy, and maintaining operational processes in the accounts receivable area.
Responsibilities
- Daily communication with clients to control accounts receivable.
- Implementation and monitoring of the company's credit policy.
- Conducting bank transactions and daily documents in the accounting system.
- Reconciliation of payments with clients, preparation of reconciliation acts.
- Participation in internal financial reporting, interaction with other departments.
- Preparation of reports on accounts receivable and maintaining up-to-date information in the system.
- Reports to: Financial Director / Chief Accountant.
- Work Schedule: Mon–Fri, from 9:00 to 18:00. Initially full-time in the office, hybrid format possible later. Location: Ring Road.
Requirements
- Education: Higher (economic, financial, accounting will be a plus).
- Work Experience: Preferred, but not mandatory.
- Languages: English at the Intermediate level (written at least).
- PC Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel.
- Personal Qualities: Communicability, ability to learn, independence in decision-making.
