Responsibilities
- Provide customer support and consultation for our online furniture shop.
- Engage with customers through various communication channels.
- Utilize MS-Office for daily tasks.
Requirements
- A professional demeanor, good communication skills, and a strong service and customer orientation characterize you.
- Ideally, you have initial experience in dealing with customers and enjoy adapting to different customers and communication channels.
- Proficiency in MS-Office and fluent German (C2) skills in both speech and writing.
