About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated Kundenberater (m/w/d) Reise to join our team in Leipzig, focusing on providing exceptional customer service and travel advice.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert travel advice and customer service to clients.
- Assist customers with booking travel arrangements and answering travel-related queries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, airlines, and other travel-related information.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Requirements
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Level): Proficiency in German, with at least C1 level.
- Service-Mindset: Enthusiasm for excellent customer service and a passion for daily interaction with people.
- Professionalität: Friendly, confident, and reliable demeanor, even in challenging situations.
- Teamspirit & Ownership: Enjoy working in a team and taking responsibility for tasks.
- Flexibilität: Willingness to work in a shift system (40 hours/week, 3 shifts between 07:30 – 23:00 Uhr, 5 days per week) and availability for weekend and holiday shifts with the option for mobile work.
