As an established software company, we are one of the market leaders in the field of AVA and construction cost planning. With our nearly 40 employees in Munich, Berlin, and Essen, we optimize processes and costs for construction and maintenance.

Bausoftware is being redefined. The future topic of digital planning (BIM) influences the entire software landscape for AVA and cost planning. Work with us in one of the most exciting upheavals of recent years.

Your Areas of Responsibility

You will advise our customers for the successful use of our AVA software California and thus contribute to the dynamic expansion of our strong market position.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Personal and telephone customer support for all basic questions regarding application and installation
• Advice and user support in the hotline
• Development of customer-specific solutions
• Training of our software products (online and on-site at the customer)

Your Profile

We do not attach importance to formal degrees. Please do not hesitate to apply even without the perfect qualification profile.

Basically, you should bring:

• Enjoyment in helping others with the use of software
• Good communication skills
• Convincing, confident demeanor
• Independent work, high degree of self-responsibility, success-oriented thinking
• A degree in architecture or civil engineering or comparable professional experience
• Knowledge of work processes in planning offices or construction administrations regarding construction costs and experience in the use of AVA software is advantageous
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent German language skills (English is a plus)
