About the Position
As a Quality Assurance Consultant in the pharmaceutical industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are safe, effective, and compliant with legal requirements. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality systems, investigate quality issues, and promote continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that production processes comply with GMP regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems such as QMS, QCS, and SOP to consistently produce high-quality products.
- Conduct risk analyses and root cause analyses with the goal of continuously improving processes.
- Develop and manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that operational activities comply with quality systems and regulations.
- Support the preparation of inspections and regulatory audits and ensure that all quality records are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
- Master's degree in life sciences.
- Experience in a GMP environment and with the ISO 9001 standard or a similar standard.
- Experience with QMS software such as Trackwise.
- Attention to detail combined with strong communication skills to interact with all key stakeholders.
- Fluent in French and English.
