Responsibilities
- Expert user of Xero, supporting multiple international subsidiaries
- Management and development of junior finance team members
- Oversight of bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and customer invoicing
- Cashflow forecasting, analysis, and reporting to support business decisions
- End-to-end taxation compliance including PAYG, Payroll Tax, and GST
- Payroll processing, superannuation, and workers compensation management
- Preparation of monthly journals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Identification and challenge of unnecessary expenditure and operational inefficiencies
- Preparation of annual statutory accounts and monthly management reporting
- Liaison with external accountants, auditors, and advisors
- Management of corporate insurances
Requirements
- Expert in Xero is a must, supporting multiple international subsidiaries.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior finance role
- 3+ years of management experience

- Clear communicator, able to translate financial data into practical insights for non-finance teams
- Commercially focused with experience working under high pressure.
- High attention to detail across reporting, forecasting, and reconciliations
- Manages competing priorities and deadlines in a scaling business
- Proactive and adaptable, thriving in change and ambiguity
- Trusted with sensitive financial information; demonstrates integrity and sound judgment
- Collaborative team player who supports and learns from senior finance leaders
