Responsibilities

• Windows deployment and device provisioning.
• Microsoft Intune administration and device management.
• ServiceNow ticket management and incident handling.
• Stock management, including inventory control and asset audits.
• Troubleshooting of incidents and fixing issues.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of IT experience (or equivalent)
• Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills
• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven experience in Windows deployment, Microsoft Intune, and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of SCCM, Azure, Intune, Strong understanding of Windows applications
• Strong troubleshooting and inventory management skills
