Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for our iGaming solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by users
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and fix recurring issues
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical support
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
