Lab Administrative Assistant (all genders)

City: Heidelberg, Germany

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of operational activities within the assigned area, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, service, and performance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align priorities, solve complex challenges, and deliver business objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to address risks and performance gaps.
• Coach, support, and influence team members and stakeholders, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an operational, project management, or leadership role within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Results-oriented, resilient, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
