Lab Technician_HLL

About the Position

We are looking for a Lab Technician_HLL to join our team at SGS Vietnam. In this role, you will perform testing per client's requirement and standard, ensuring quality and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Perform the testing per client's requirement and standard.
• Confirm and communicate results by email to Customer Service (CS).
• Understand and know how to use the machine in HLL.
• Release the results within the specified Time-to-Answer (TAT).
• Clarify all information from the Work Order (WO) prior to performing the test.
• Double-check the test assignment versus the sample.
• Clarify unclear information of the testing program with the Key Account Manager (KAM).
• Cooperate and support all team members.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Requirements

• College degree or above.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and MS Office.
