LABOR & EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS MANAGER

We are looking to incorporate a Labor & Employment Relations Manager to join the Human Resources team and lead the legal-labor strategy of the organization.

The selected person will be responsible for leading the labor function of the company, providing specialized legal advice, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and promoting solid labor relations that support the growth and objectives of the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's labor function, acting as a reference in Labor Law and Labor Relations in the national and international scope.
• Advise the Management and different business areas on labor and Social Security issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations and evaluate the legal-labor risks associated with the company's activity.
• Lead the relationship and negotiation with the legal representation of employees.
• Manage labor procedures, as well as inspections, conciliations, and actions before public bodies.
• Oversee labor aspects linked to personnel administration and payroll management, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Develop criteria, reports, and recommendations that facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Monitor legislative and jurisprudential changes with an impact on the organization in markets where the company is present.

Requirements

• Degree or Bachelor's in Law.
• Postgraduate training or specialization in Labor Law and Social Security.
• Proven experience in labor relations positions or as a labor lawyer in a multinational company or specialized law firm.
• Experience in labor advice to business and management.
• Knowledge of labor management and personnel administration.
• High level of English, both oral and written.
• Knowledge of other languages, especially French and/or Italian, will be valued.
