About Us
Helsing is a defense AI company. Our mission is to protect democracies. We aim to be a technological leader so that open societies can continue to make sovereign decisions and control their ethical standards.
We believe that as democracies, we have a special responsibility to think about the development and use of powerful technologies such as AI. We take this responsibility seriously.
We are an ambitious and dedicated team of engineers, AI specialists, and program managers with customer contact. We are looking for dedicated employees for our European teams who will use their skills to solve the most complex and significant problems. We maintain an open and transparent culture that welcomes healthy debates about the use of technology in defense, its benefits, and its ethical implications.
Responsibilities
As a Lagermitarbeiter (m/w/d), you are a versatile and indispensable pillar in the daily warehouse operations. You actively support the entire material flow within the warehouse – from internal transport tasks to conducting inventories. Daily Tasks
- You perform internal transports between the warehouse, production, and adjacent areas
- You operate forklifts such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and reliably
- You load and unload transport vehicles and ensure timely material supply while adhering to all safety rules
- You actively participate in annual, fixed-date, and permanent inventories and take on counting, recording, and documenting warehouse stocks
- You provide flexible support in the inbound and outbound areas as well as adjacent warehouse areas
- You take on general warehouse tasks such as storing and removing goods to designated storage locations, assisting with packaging and picking operations
Requirements
- You have initial practical experience in the warehouse or logistics sector
- Ideally, you possess basic knowledge of using scanners and handhelds
- A valid forklift license is a welcome advantage
- You have excellent German language skills in speech and writing
- You are willing to work in a 2-shift system
Note: We work at an intersection where women and other minority groups are systematically underrepresented. We welcome your application even if you do not meet all the listed qualifications; abilities and impact cannot be summarized in a few bullet points.
