About the Position

We are looking for an L&D Manager who is passionate about creating impactful learning experiences and building a strong learning culture across the organization. This person will combine instructional design, learning operations, and stakeholder management to deliver high-quality development initiatives that support business goals. Remote Full-Time | L&D

Responsibilities

  • Developing and updating training courses, materials, and programs for different employee categories.
  • Processing internal learning activities: coordinating training sessions, workshops, and other learning events end-to-end.
  • Managing relationships with external learning providers: sourcing, communication, coordination, and quality control.
  • Organizing and facilitating knowledge sharing sessions and internal communities of practice.
  • Participating in the development of growth programs for specialists across different functions in collaboration with HRBPs and team leads.
  • Administering the LMS: uploading content, tracking progress, preparing reports.
  • Collecting and analyzing post-training feedback and implementing improvements.
  • Supporting the development of an internal learning and knowledge-sharing culture across the company.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in L&D, training, and development.
  • Experience designing training courses and materials (e-learning, workshops, guides, video content).
  • Proficiency with LMS systems and content creation tools (Articulate, iSpring, Canva, or similar).
  • Experience organizing and coordinating learning activities - both internal and with external providers.
  • Understanding of learning administration processes: collecting requests, logistics, participant communication, reporting.
  • Experience organizing knowledge sharing sessions, internal workshops, or communities of practice.
  • Basic understanding of competency development approaches and building development programs for different employee categories.
  • Experience using AI tools for learning content creation and routine task automation.
  • Confident user of MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • English at Intermediate+ level (for working with materials and external providers).
