About the Position
Join EY as a L&D Talent Services Senior Associate – Learning Deployment Specialist to support learning deployment, manage budgets, and ensure quality service delivery in a global team.
Responsibilities
- Build initial course scheduling offering schedule for review
- Submit requests to Schedule Offerings and to publish content in SuccessFactors
- Support the end-to-end execution of Learning course deployment plans and budgets, including conference and event management
- Monitor participant nominations working alongside GDS TSS Deployment Administration team
- Manage learner cancellations, no shows, and missed sessions
- Support the budget, accruals, forecasts, and actual costs of courses
- Prepare facilitators for delivery of learning courses (logistics) and support in the management of facilitators
- Provide oversight of learning deployment administration activities
- Build and maintain close working relationships with TSS Learning deployment administration contacts
- Support the induction of new team members and provide guidance on their progress
- Support the hosting and production of online modules, webcasts, and virtual learning projects

Education
- Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in business or HR related discipline. Preference will be given for those with HR Specialization
Experience
- Significant experience of working in HR in professional services or corporate environment
- Experience of working in Learning and development is desired
- Working in international and diverse environments
- 5+ years’ work experience preferred
