Responsibilities

• Support in all data protection matters
• Support in drafting and reviewing any kind of contracts
• Legal research and assessment of issues in data protection law (primary focus), as well as in other legal areas such as general civil law, medical law (especially DiGAV), competition law, and social security law
• Paralegal or administrative tasks such as obtaining signatures from contracting parties or maintaining documents
• Across the entire group in a bilingual setting

Requirements

• Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluency in German and English
  • Legal knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of data protection law

• Desirable:

  • Advanced knowledge of data protection law
  • Knowledge of medical law
