About the Position
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Lawyer Assistant to join our team in Kyiv, providing support to senior lawyers and participating in various legal processes. The ideal candidate will be committed, attentive to detail, and have strong communication skills. You will support senior lawyers and participate in various legal processes of the company.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and verification of legal documents and contracts.
- Maintenance of documentation and archives in both paper and digital formats.
- Research and analysis of legislation.
- Participation in the development of legal opinions and consultations.
- Collaboration with government agencies and other institutions.
- Preparation of legal opinions and reports.
- Support in negotiations and contract agreements.
- Execution of tasks assigned by senior lawyers.
Requirements
- Higher legal education (bachelor's or master's degree).
- Experience in the legal field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of major areas of law (civil, commercial, labor).
- Excellent knowledge of current Ukrainian legislation.
- Ability to work with large volumes of information and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in English at a level sufficient for working with documents.
- High responsibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Proficient in computer use, including MS Office and legal databases.
- Experience with artificial intelligence is a plus.
