About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Lawyer for our Kyiv office, specializing in Antitrust, Corporate, and Tax Law. Responsibilities include project consulting, legal support, and representing clients in public authorities.
Responsibilities
- Project consulting for clients
- Legal consulting and support for projects, preparation of legal documents, conclusions, memoranda, etc.
- Representing the clients and the firm in different public authorities
- Protecting clients’ interests
- Participation in marketing activities of the firm
Requirements
- Expertise in Antitrust Law, Corporate Law, and Tax Law
- Experience in legal consulting and project support
- Ability to represent clients in public authorities
- Participation in marketing activities
