Responsibilities

• Project consulting for clients
• Legal consulting and support for projects, preparation of legal documents, conclusions, memoranda, etc.
• Representing the clients and the firm in different public authorities
• Protecting clients’ interests
• Participation in marketing activities of the firm

Requirements

• Expertise in Antitrust and Competition
• Expertise in Corporate and M&A
• Expertise in Tax Law
