About the Position

As a Lawyer at UnderDefense, you’ll be the first in-house legal expert, playing a crucial role in supporting our business operations with clients, employees, and partners worldwide. This is not just about reviewing contracts - it’s about helping us scale globally, supporting investment processes, and ensuring that every legal detail strengthens our business foundation.
Responsibilities
- Review and draft contracts with clients, contractors, and employees.
- Provide comments and legal notes to support negotiations.
- Fill in legal questionnaires from clients and partners.
- Prepare documentation for tenders.
- Support the Sales team in pre-sales contract reviews.
- Ensure compliance of all documents with internal templates and standards.
- Assist with employee-related agreements and internal legal documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of legal experience in business or private sector.
- Basic understanding of contract law and legal documentation.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and resilience to work with client legal teams.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic product company environment.
Location
- Lviv (in-house format preferred).
