Lead Account Manager - XL

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Portfolio Leadership: Own the end-to-end relationship with top-tier national and international chains, acting as a high-level business consultant.
  • Advanced Analytics & Forensic Reporting: Evaluate menu performance (AOV, Conversion, Cross-selling) to build sophisticated action plans that hit both partner goals and company OKRs.
  • Commercial Engineering: Draw and execute aggressive growth plans. Use promo negotiations and marketing activations as surgical instruments to fix performance leaks.
  • Revenue & Content Optimization: Drive platform profitability through high-stakes negotiations and asset selling.
  • Operational Excellence: Consult with partners to streamline their internal operations, ensuring high demand translates into high-quality service for the end customer.
  • Churn Mitigation: Proactively identify "at-risk" partners through data signals and deploy recovery plans before they become inactive.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of high-performance experience in Senior Account Management, Strategic Consulting, or Category Management (ideally within FMCG, Food-Hospitality, or On-Demand Delivery).
  • Consultant Mindset: Proven track record of using data-driven logic to persuade C-suite stakeholders.
  • Numerical Fluency: A "Data-Native" individual who uses Excel/Google Sheets to build the business case for every decision.
  • Unstoppable Curiosity: The person who asks "Why?" five times to understand underlying consumer behavior.
  • Agility: Thrives in high-growth, high-pressure environments.
  • Communication: Native-level Romanian and professional fluency in English.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering is preferred.
