Responsibilities

• Lead the entire Accounts Payable department, working closely with Finance management and cross-departmental stakeholders.
• Manage the end-to-end process from invoice processing, payment processes, supplier master data to expense management and corporate card programs.
• Lead and develop your team, strengthen governance and internal controls, and act as the central contact for internal and external audits.
• Drive automation, system optimizations, and continuous process improvements, translating finance priorities into scalable Accounts Payable processes.
• Ensure efficient, compliant, and sustainable Accounts Payable processes with clear responsibilities, meaningful KPIs, and close collaboration across all departments.

Requirements

• Commercial education, further education in Finance or Accounting, completed studies, or comparable qualifications.
• At least seven years of professional experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting Operations, Shared Services, or Finance Operations.
• Proven leadership experience in successfully leading teams and achieving high-quality results.
• In-depth knowledge of Accounts Payable, supplier master data, internal controls, payment processes, and expense management solutions such as Payhawk.
• Combine operational excellence with a high standard of governance and internal controls, ensuring close coordination between Accounts Payable, supplier master data, and expense management.
• Identify improvement potentials early and implement sustainable solutions. With meaningful KPIs, clear responsibilities, and transparent escalation paths, you create transparency and enable your team to achieve their full potential.
