About the Position

CyberCX - Lead Analyst, Cyber Intelligence

We are looking for a Lead Analyst in Cyber Intelligence to join our team at CyberCX, part of Accenture. This role is pivotal in protecting and defending our customers and communities by providing comprehensive cyber security professional services in the region.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the strategic direction, growth, and sustainability of the Cyber Intelligence function.
• Deliver and/or project manage complex cyber intelligence engagements.
• Operationalise Cyber Intelligence capabilities and resources to lead development and innovation of Cyber Intelligence service offerings.
• Maintain expertise in the Australian and New Zealand threat landscape.
• Work proactively with practices and customer teams to increase awareness of Cyber Intelligence products and services.
• Mentor, develop, and inspire other members of the team and manage Senior Analysts, Analysts, and Associate Analysts.

Requirements

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce oral and written products with structure, clarity, and precision.
• Exceptional professional judgment, with a track record of delivering results in high-pressure environments.
• Superior stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Significant experience and in-depth knowledge of the cyber threat landscape and intelligence processes and products.
• Relevant industry qualifications or higher education (e.g., in cyber security, international security, or intelligence studies) are strongly regarded.
• An active AGSVA clearance, or the willingness and ability to attain one.
