We are currently seeking a Lead Architect - Marketing to join our team in Paris, France.
Responsibilities
- Leading the architecture and strategic design of enterprise marketing, customer care, and sales solutions.
- Designing scalable, integrated solutions that connect marketing, customer engagement, consent management, and sales processes.
- Defining architecture standards and participating in Design Authority and Architecture Review Board activities.
- Designing consent management frameworks that ensure regulatory compliance while enhancing customer trust and engagement.
- Creating customer identity, engagement, and segmentation strategies to optimize the customer journey across all touchpoints.
- Architecting notification and communication platforms supporting email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging.
- Designing and evolving enterprise marketing automation solutions to improve campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Collaborating with sales teams to build integrated lead management and CRM solutions that support the full customer lifecycle.
- Working closely with cross-functional business and technology teams to align architecture with business objectives.
- Identifying emerging technologies and industry best practices to deliver innovative, scalable marketing solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lead, Enterprise, or Solution Architect delivering enterprise-scale marketing technology solutions.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and governance practices (TOGAF, ArchiMate, C4 Model, ADRs, Design Authority).
- Hands-on experience with enterprise marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Braze, or Marketo.
- Solid understanding of multi-channel campaign architecture, including email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, segmentation, suppression, and A/B testing.
- Experience designing Consent Management Platform (CMP) architectures with strong knowledge of GDPR and ePrivacy regulations.
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), customer identity management, customer data modelling, and audience segmentation.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM architecture, including Sales Cloud and API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture and Apache Kafka.
- Solid understanding of security by design principles, including PII protection, access control, audit logging, and data masking.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable architecture solutions.
- Fluent English and French language skills (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
- Experience with enterprise architecture modelling tools such as Lucidchart, Archi, Structurizr, Sparx EA, or draw.io.
- Knowledge of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions such as Auth0, Okta, or Keycloak.
- Experience designing customer journey and lifecycle data models.
- Knowledge of lead management and Revenue Operations processes.
- Experience with event streaming design patterns and real-time data processing.
- Familiarity with Databricks, Data Lakehouse architectures, Apache Spark, or dbt.
- Experience with marketing analytics, attribution models, and platforms such as GA4, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
- Knowledge of API security, OAuth 2.0, JWT, API gateways, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with AI-driven personalization and recommendation engines.
- Familiarity with regional privacy regulations such as CCPA, LGPD, PDPA, or PIPL.
- Experience with in-app messaging platforms, Salesforce CPQ, or stream processing frameworks such as Apache Flink, Spark Streaming, or Kafka Streams.
