About the Position

Lead Atlassian Engineer (Jira/Confluence)

FL Technics is a global provider of tailor-made services for aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO), delivering solutions to commercial aviation customers worldwide. We are looking for a Jira & Confluence Administrator to support, maintain, and continuously improve our Atlassian environment.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
  • Configure and improve workflows, screens, fields, permissions, and project settings.
  • Support users with Jira and Confluence-related questions and issues.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and filters using JQL.
  • Develop and maintain automation rules to improve efficiency.
  • Support Jira Assets administration and maintain asset-related data.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and security settings.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement improvements.
  • Maintain system documentation and best practices.
  • Support platform upgrades, new features, and integrations.
  • Monitor platform performance and usage and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience administering Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience with Jira Service Management.
  • Strong understanding of Jira workflows, permissions, schemes, screens, and configurations.
  • Good knowledge of JQL and reporting.
  • Experience with Atlassian Automation.
  • Experience managing users and permissions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Jira Assets.
  • Experience with Lansweeper integrations.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and integrations.
  • Atlassian certifications.
  • Experience supporting cloud-based Atlassian environments.
