About the Position
GFT Italia is looking for a Lead Backend Developer with extensive experience in enterprise software development and complex project management. The selected candidate will be a technical reference point for both the internal team and clients, contributing to the design, development, and evolution of highly complex solutions.
Responsibilities
- Programming, management, and design of complex software modules
- Creation and management of test and integration environments
- End-to-end technical development responsibility for the entire project
- Ensuring software quality and continuous improvement of the team's development practices
- Supporting requirements analysis and pre-sales design activities
- Technical reference interface for one or more clients, supporting them in design decisions
- Monitoring the progress and risks of high-complexity projects
- Collaborating with Project Managers for effort, cost, and planning estimates
- Operational coordination of the work team (up to 10 people) as Team Leader
- Defining, assigning, and evaluating performance objectives for some team members
Requirements
- Technical Skills:
- Programming languages: Java
- Knowledge of REST APIs
- Knowledge of microservices architectures
- Frameworks/Tools: Spring, Springboot, Maven, Junit, Eclipse, Hibernate
- Versioning: Git
- DB: Oracle
We Offer
- Salary Range: RAL 43,000 - 53,000 EUR per year
- The specific position will be determined during the selection phase based on the profile and in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Tertiary Distribution and Services sector. The specific compensation, including any variable elements (such as MBO) or additional benefits, will depend on the evaluation of the profile against the position requirements.
