Lead Brand/Graphic Designer

About the Position

We are seeking a Lead Brand/Graphic Designer with 5+ years of experience in branding and graphic design for digital products to join our creative team in Lviv, Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Leadership of branding and visual communication projects;
• Close collaboration with clients and the product, web, and motion design team;
• Improvement and support of internal branding projects;
• Management of the development of other graphic and brand designers;
• Management of branding and graphic design projects from start to delivery, collaborating with our multidisciplinary team of designers throughout the process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience in graphic design and branding;
• Experience in creating visual communications and branding for digital products (SaaS, mobile apps, web products, etc.);
• Skills to transform a project brief into a complete brand identity;
• Ability to manage a design team, fostering its growth and providing feedback;
• Experience in creating icons and icon sets;
• Ability to create illustrations in various styles;
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.);
• Excellent visual design skills (typography, color, icons, composition);
• Expertise in translating business requirements into creative visual solutions;
• Experience working with various AI tools and using them in daily work;
• English proficiency at least at the upper-intermediate level;
• Excellent communication skills, as well as experience conducting workshops and pre-production calls;
• A portfolio that fully demonstrates experience.
