About the Position
We are seeking a strong Lead Business Analyst who wants to create impact beyond individual project delivery and help strengthen BA capability at a regional scale in Belarus.
This role combines hands-on BA leadership on complex engagements with contribution to BA discipline development, resource management support, staffing readiness, and people growth. The position is designed for a mature BA leader who is interested in complex delivery, discovery and presales, growing BA talent, improving staffing quality, building scalable BA practices, and supporting practical adoption of AI-enabled BA approaches.
Responsibilities
- Lead BA activities on complex delivery, discovery, and presales engagements, including scope structuring, requirements strategy, stakeholder alignment, and solution framing
- Strengthen BA delivery quality by improving BA processes, governance approach, quality expectations, reusable artifacts, and AI-enabled BA practices
- Support BA discipline development through mentoring, knowledge sharing, maturity improvement, capability growth, and contribution to regional BA initiatives
- Help grow BA talent in the region by identifying capability gaps, supporting development plans, preparing people for future demand, and increasing readiness for more complex project roles
Requirements
- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience, including Lead BA roles in complex delivery, discovery, presales, or early project shaping
- Strong expertise in requirements strategy, scope structuring, stakeholder alignment, business process analysis, and solution framing
- Experience in ambiguous, high-complexity, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong consulting mindset, client-facing communication, and ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Understanding of BA governance, quality standards, delivery risks, seniority expectations, and project-role fit
- Experience mentoring or developing Business Analysts
- Strong ownership, systemic thinking, and ability to influence without direct authority
- AI-ready mindset and understanding of how AI can strengthen BA work, productivity, and client advisory
- Advanced English proficiency, preferably C1 level
