Lead Business Analyst – Data/AI Solutions

About the Position

As part of our EMEA BA & Product Management Practice and working collaboratively with our highly skilled and experienced engineering teams & domain experts, you will play a vital role in shaping innovative solutions and helping us grow our business across the region.

This is a hybrid role, with 3+ days per week expected in EPAM office or client site in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, Business Analyst, Product Owner or Consultant on client assignments, understanding the client’s business needs and translating them into requirements for development team
• Communicate with stakeholders, including clients and senior management, to gather requirements and provide updates and suggestions
• Provide thought leadership in Business Analysis practices to help Account and Delivery Managers grow EPAM’s profile with new and existing clients
• Provide business process transformation expertise to the clients to help them to understand their current state and create an efficient target process considering client personas and constraints
• Help clients understand the best mix of technologies, solutions and services and how to deliver them to maximize business value
• Support pre-sales discovery and analysis to help EPAM bring amazing products and services to our clients

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, in AI/data-driven solutions
• Experience in one or more industry segments, with particular interest in experience of Automotive, Chemical & Life Sciences or Healthcare
• Have end-to-end delivery experience of at least 5 software delivery projects
• Have experience of business process mapping and transformation initiatives and be able to demonstrate the achievement of measurable benefits
• Be able to support the development of business cases that clearly articulate the link to business strategy and business benefits
• Possess a strong Agile mindset and be familiar with other development methodologies
• Be able to shape opportunities and projects, so understand the high-level business needs, the impact of technology and be able to transition into project delivery
• Have experience of supporting sales environment and business development, which also includes the ability to sell ideas internally
• Fluent or native level of Swedish is highly desirable
