About the Position

We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join our Financial Services team, combining business analytics with strategic thinking for impactful business decisions. This role is for someone who wants to have a real impact on the development of new business areas, create recommendations for management, and participate in building modern financial services.

Responsibilities

• Preparing strategic analyses, business cases, and recommendations to support business decisions
• Market analysis and identifying new development and innovation opportunities in financial and payment services
• Initial assessment of strategic partnerships, including in the area of innovation
• Leading business initiatives from analysis and recommendation to implementation and effect assessment
• Modeling business scenarios, preparing forecasts, and financial analyses
• Monitoring key business and financial indicators and recommending optimization actions
• Collaborating with product, sales, marketing, and finance teams
• Preparing materials and recommendations for management
• Developing analytical standards and supporting the organization in making data-driven decisions
• Utilizing AI tools to increase the efficiency of analyses and business processes

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analytics, strategy, strategic consulting, or business development
• Experience in the fintech, payments, financial services, e-commerce, or strategic consulting industry
• Experience in leading international projects or initiatives
• Ability to independently lead initiatives from idea to implementation and evaluate results
• Experience in preparing business models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
• Ability to translate data into business recommendations
• Very good knowledge of SQL and Excel
• Responsibility for results
• Business acumen and analytical skills
• Highly developed communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization, excellent English proficiency (min. C1)

Nice to Have

• Experience in performance management (indicator analytics), including financial
• Experience in retail banking related to the implementation/development of financial products, knowledge of Power BI, VBA, DAX, or other Business Intelligence tools
• Practical use of AI tools in data analysis and business decision-making
