About the Position

Lead Consultant (Bilingual Arabic and English)

Riyadh

Lead client engagements that address some of the world's most pressing challenges through research, insights, and advice.

As a lead consultant with Gallup's Global Analytics division, you'll advise leaders across the MENA region who are working to address important social, economic, and public policy issues. Our clients include governments, nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), foundations, nonprofit organizations, businesses, and educational institutions that rely on Gallup's research and analytics to make informed decisions.

In this highly visible, client-facing role, you'll lead engagements, build trusted relationships, and translate complex research into insights and recommendations that influence decision-making. You'll take ownership of client deliverables, orchestrate projects, and identify opportunities to expand Gallup's partnerships and impact.

You'll have the autonomy to represent Gallup in Riyadh while collaborating with experienced consultants, researchers, and business development leaders.

If you're an intellectually curious consultant who thrives on independence, enjoys solving complex challenges, and confidently advises influential leaders, apply today.

  • Lead client engagements and serve as a trusted adviser to senior leaders across government, nonprofit, and other organizations.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships, identify emerging needs, and contribute to new business opportunities and account growth.
  • Uncover clients' research objectives and collaborate with Gallup's research and analytics experts to develop solutions.

  • Create and review client deliverables, including presentations, written reports, and executive summaries.
  • Orchestrate project activities, coordinating colleagues, resources, timelines, and deliverables to produce high-quality client work on time.
  • Represent Gallup in client meetings, industry events, and other professional settings throughout Riyadh and the region.
  • Continually deepen your knowledge of Gallup's research, methodologies, and global issues to bring relevant perspectives to client conversations.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least five years of professional experience in consulting, client management, business development, government, public policy, nonprofit organizations, or related professional services, including at least two years of account leadership or comparable experience.
  • Languages: Full fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English required.
  • Skills:
    • Demonstrated experience developing presentations, interpreting research findings, and communicating recommendations to senior stakeholders.
    • Experience working with government, public-sector, nonprofit, or social impact organizations preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a hybrid work environment.
