About the Position

We are seeking a Lead Content Writer to lead content creation and publishing at Bachoo Studio. This role involves transforming general ideas into complete content items, including visuals, and collaborating closely with designers and team members to produce engaging and captivating content.

Responsibilities

• Lead content creation and publishing from a general idea to a complete content item, including visuals.
• Collaborate with designers to produce visually engaging and captivating content.
• Work closely with team members to extract their expertise and original thoughts and turn them into interesting and useful content.
• Create monthly content plans and execute them in collaboration with the CEO and/or CMO.
• Develop and maintain a certain brand style and tone of voice with the Art Director that reflects our philosophy and character.
• Potentially build and lead a small team of content creators.

Requirements

• Advanced or Native level of English
• 4 years of proven work experience as a Creative Writer, Copywriter, Editor, or similar role
• Portfolio of published articles in English

• Experience in writing content for social networks and advertising
• Self-driven and proactive approach to work
• Leadership skills and experience
