About the Position
ERP/CRM Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced ERP/CRM Project Manager for a remote position with a Microsoft partner specializing in Dynamics 365 implementations. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about leading project implementations and has a strong background in managing ERP and CRM projects.
Responsibilities
- Independently lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects (ERP and/or CRM).
- Manage project schedules, budgets, scope, and risks.
- Coordinate the work of consulting and development teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients in Poland and internationally.
- Organize and conduct workshops, project meetings, and status updates.
- Oversee project execution in accordance with project management methodologies.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Monitor the quality and timeliness of delivered work.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading ERP or CRM implementation projects.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Business Central, Customer Engagement, Sales, Customer Service, or related modules).
- Experience working with business clients and managing end-to-end projects.
- Ability to manage a project team and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills and decision-making abilities.
- English proficiency at a minimum B2 level to manage international projects.
- Project management certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, Scrum) and Microsoft certifications are a plus.
